Eugene, OR — November 14, 2012 — VersaLogic Corp., the industry's most trusted embedded computer company, today announced it will be expanding and moving its corporate headquarters from Eugene, Oregon to Portland, Oregon. The move is scheduled to occur in the first quarter of 2013. The company, which has been headquartered in Eugene for more than 30 years, has been operating with a satellite office, its R&D center, in Portland for the past two years. This move will reverse the current configuration, with its headquarters in Portland and a satellite office in Eugene.
"We're excited to be moving our headquarters into Portland's vibrant tech scene," said Len Crane, President and CEO of VersaLogic. "Having the bulk of our staff in Portland will allow us to execute more effectively by bringing us closer to key suppliers, such as Intel Corporation. It will provide us with access to the additional technical talent needed to support our next phase of growth."
The new headquarters facility, located within the Leveton Corporate Campus at 12100 SW Tualatin Rd., Tualatin, OR, will provide an attractive and functional space in which the company can attract and retain skilled employees.
The company's moving plans, currently targeted for mid-February, are oriented around seamlessly delivering its high-quality products and expert technical services to customers during the transition.
