Eugene, Oregon — VersaLogic today released a RoHS-compliant version of its popular extended temperature Lynx single board computer for embedded applications. Featuring the same high-reliability and technical specifications as its non-RoHS counterpart, the Lynx EPM-4h is rated to operate in temperatures from
-40° to +85°C.
The Lynx uses the AMD SC520 CPU for low power draw (less than 5 watts) and fanless operation. Key features of the Lynx include soldered-on system RAM, 4 COM ports, 10/100 Ethernet, watchdog timer and VCC sensor, and a CompactFlash® adapter. The extended temperature Lynx is well-suited for OEM applications that require rock-solid performance in extreme or harsh conditions. The introduction of this RoHS-compliant extended temperature product demonstrates VersaLogic's continuing commitment to support embedded computing applications that are subject to RoHS regulations.
Pricing for the EPM-4h starts at around $400 in OEM quantities. For more information please contact VersaLogic Corporation.
